pocket size & light enough to forget. sharp edges rather than a pebble, a 10 px radius, flat rails, one continuous plate. the screen opens on an intent bar, not a search field: you say the thing you want done & the agent finds who can do it. the grid underneath is there for the days you want to poke at something directly.
black, white, & transparency. no accent colour anywhere, because the only colour on the device should be whatever the user is actually looking at.

the glyph is the mark
the back is where the identity goes, & it does not go on as a printed logo. the mark is eight rings, so the glyph is eight arcs, one per ring, each on its own delay. it breathes when an agent is working & holds steady when nothing is running.
which means the light is load-bearing: eight rings, eight domains, & you can tell from across the room which one is thinking. that is the whole reason to put a light there at all.

the desk. the same roster with room to think, where you watch three agents disagree about one artefact & decide which of them was right. set0 triggers work. setx is where the work is directed.
this is the surface the seven-hour week actually happens on. not a bigger phone & not a laptop replacement, a place to sit with the output of a system that has already done the drafting.
