A ₹1.5-3 lakh employment dispute is a matter where the law is often clear and the facts are knowable, and where the cost of getting started makes pursuing the claim irrational relative to its value. Millions of legitimate claims go unpursued every year, not because they are weak but because the delivery mechanism for legal expertise never scaled. Bench does not replace the lawyer. It replaces the associate, the paralegal, and the ten-hour research-and-drafting cycle, so one experienced lawyer’s judgement reaches thousands of disputes the current system prices out of existence.

- Intake & extraction, documents, emails, transcripts into structured facts
- Statute mapping against live sources, never against frozen training data
- Contradiction detection, where the counterparty’s own documents disagree
- Staged drafting: cooperative, firm, formal notice
